乡村振兴战略下蔬菜种植特色产业的发展路径研究——以L县W村为例

摘　　要：农村地区发展特色产业,推动特色产业经济发展,是全面实施乡村振兴战略的重要抓手。该文以W村的蔬菜种植产业为例,该村凭借其地处长江三角洲腹地的独特地理优势,发展二十多年的种植业,不仅增加村民的收入、促进村民的就业,也使村中产业结构更加优化。然而,在特色产业的发展过程中,依旧存在不足之处有待解决。面对政府把关严厉程度日益失调、市场中的项目运营风险以及农民权益失衡的现状,应采取措施强化政府扶持引导,形成以农民为主体的乡村振兴模式,依法保障农民合法权益。Developing characteristic industries in rural areas and promoting the economic development of characteristic industries are important starting points for comprehensively implementing the rural revitalization strategy.This paper takes the vegetable planting industry in Village W as an example.Relying on its unique geographical advantage of being located in the hinterland of the Yangtze River Delta,the village has developed planting industry for more than 20 years,which not only increases villagers'income,promotes villagers'employment,but also makes the village The industrial structure is more optimized.However,in the development process of characteristic industries,there are still deficiencies that need to be resolved.Faced with the increasingly unbalanced severity of government controls,project operation risks in the market,and the imbalance of farmers'rights and interests,measures should be taken to strengthen government support and guidance,form a rural revitalization model with farmers as the main body,and protect farmers'legitimate rights and interests in accordance with the law.
