广西乡村全面振兴研究——以全州县才湾镇毛竹山村为例

摘　　要：全州县才湾镇毛竹山村作为广西乡村全面振兴的典范,通过发展葡萄产业和生态治理,实现显著的经济、社会和生态效益。该村充分发挥基层党组织作用,采取“党支部+理事会+协会+基地+农户”模式,推进葡萄种植,年人均纯收入达3万元,并辐射带动周边农户增收。同时,全面整治村容村貌,建设生态宜居环境,打造乡村文旅融合项目,提升村民生活品质。毛竹山村的成功经验表明,乡村振兴需要产业兴旺、生态宜居、治理有效等多方面的协同推进,为实现广西乃至全国乡村的全面振兴提供有力借鉴。Maozhushan Village,Caiwan Town,Quanzhou County,as a model for comprehensive rural revitalization in Guangxi,has achieved significant economic,social and ecological benefits through the development of the grape industry and ecological management.The village gives full play to the role of primary levelParty organizations and adopts the"Party branch+council+association+base+farmers"model to promote grape planting.The annual per capita net income reaches 30000 yuan,and radiates to increase the income of surrounding farmers.At the same time,we will comprehensively improve the appearance of villages,build an ecological and livable environment,create rural cultural and tourism integration projects,and improve the quality of life of villagers.The successful experience of Maozhushan Village shows that rural revitalization requires coordinated advancement in many aspects such as industrial prosperity,ecological livability,and effective governance,which provides a powerful reference for realizing the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas in Guangxi and even the country.
