摘 要:水质硬度测定对于保障工业和生活用水安全至关重要。目前,常规校准方法存在如环境因素影响、人为误差、标准溶液稳定性不足等问题。本文介绍了自动化技术和高精度标准物质的使用,以及校准参数和流程的优化策略,提高了校准的准确性和效率。实验验证显示,优化校准方法在精度、效率及稳定性方面均优于传统方法。进一步应用测试表明,该方法能够适应不同水体条件。技术实施前的可行性与成本效益分析证实了其实际应用的可行性和经济效益。The determination of water hardness is crucial for ensuring the safety of industrial and domestic water supplies.Currently,conventional calibration methods face issues such as environmental influences,human errors,and instability of standard solutions.The pepar introduces the use of automation technology and high-precision standards,as well as the optimization of calibration parameters and procedures,which enhance the accuracy and efficiency of calibration.Experimental validation shows that the optimized calibration method outperforms traditional methods in terms of precision,efficiency,and stability.Further application tests indicate that this method can adapt to different water conditions.A feasibility and cost-benefit analysis conducted before the implementation of the technology confirms its practical applicability and economic benefits.
