摘　　要：单相电能表基本误差量值比对是保证电能表检定装置稳定性、电能计量量值统一的重要手段,本文阐述了参比实验室在比对过程中的注意事项,并通过实例介绍了参比实验室比对测量结果的不确定度评定。The comparison of the basic error value of single-phase energy meter is an important means to ensure the stability of energy meters verification device and the unity of electric energy measurement value.The paper describes the precautions in the comparison process of reference laboratory,and introduces the uncertainty evaluation of the measurement result of reference laboratory by an example.
