试论马氏通备鞭杆五阴七手发力动作特征

摘　　要：马氏通备鞭杆是西北鞭杆的代表,其五阴七手被视为通备武学中器械武艺的基础。鞭杆自身短而精巧,灵活自如,便于携带,深受习武者所爱。马氏通备鞭杆五阴七手最大特征是力达棍头,放长击远,其发力是建立在通备武学体系中“通备劲”的基础之上来表达的,四种劲力中“起伏、拧转”表达频率最高,更深层表现陡、险韵味,提高临敌气势,追求体肤强硕、聪慧明智的尚武品质。Ma's Tongbei Whip Stick is a representative of the Northwestern Whip Stick,and its Wuyin(Five Yin)and Qishou(Seven Hands)are considered as the regular script in calligraphy,serving as the foundation of weapon Wushu in Tongbei Martial School.The Whip Stick itself is short and exquisite,flexible and easy to carry,making it beloved by Wushu enthusiasts.The most significant feature of Ma's Tongbei Whip Stick Five Yin and Seven Hands is the force reaching to the stick head,extending far upon strike.Its force application is established based on the"Tongbei Force"in the system of Tongbei Martial Sschool.Among the four types of forces,"Undulation and Twisting"are most frequently expressed,which further showcase the abrupt and perilous charm,enhancing the combat spirit,and pursuing the martial quality of strong physique and intellectual wisdom.
