摘  要:为响应“非遗”进课堂国家号召,咏春拳“学练赛”一体化校本实践有效解决了“非遗”进课堂难题,促进了体育“非遗”项目在校园内的普及与传承。咏春拳“学练赛”一体化校本实践课程,其时代背景包括时代引领与文化传承的交汇、健康中国与全面发展的要求、课程改革与“非遗”活化的结合、民族风格与区域特色的彰显;价值追求包括传承与弘扬中华优秀传统文化、创新学校体育课程内容与形式、提高教师专业能力与教学水平、提升学生身体素质与技能水平;课程设计包括纵向衔接的课程目标、横向一致的课程内容、内在统一的课程评价、形式联合的课程平台;行动路径包括构建系统化学习体系、强化实践性练习环节、搭建情境化赛事平台。In response to the national call for bringing intangible cultural heritage into the classroom,the integrated school-based practice of"learning,practicing,and competing"in Yongchun has effectively solved the problem of bringing intangible cultural heritage into the classroom and promoted the popularization and inheritance of sports"intangible cultural heritage"projects on campus.The integrated school-based practice course of Yongchun"Learning Practice Competition"includes the intersection of era leadership and cultural inheritance,the requirements of healthy China and comprehensive development,the combination of curriculum reform and the revitalization of intangible cultural heritage,and the manifestation of national style and regional characteristics;The pursuit of values includes inheriting and promoting excellent traditional Chinese culture,innovating the content and form of school physical education courses,improving teachers'professional abilities and teaching levels,and enhancing students'physical fitness and skill levels;Course design includes vertically aligned course objectives,horizontally consistent course content,internally unified course evaluation,and a formally integrated course platform;The action path includes building a systematic learning system,strengthening practical practice sessions,and building a situational competition platform.
