摘 要:建立了一个结合湍流和辐射效应的不可压缩气相三维CFD模型,以探讨碳纸在低温碳化炉中的气体排放行为。通过自定义用户函数计算气体滞留时间,研究了多种进出口布局对气体速度、温度和浓度分布的影响。结果表明,优化进出口位置可以提高气体排放效率,降低滞气区的影响,进而改善碳纸的碳化质量。模型考虑了碳化过程中八种焦油气成分的排放与温度的关系,为高质量碳纤维制造提供了重要的理论基础。A three-dimensional CFD model for gas emission behavior of carbon paper in a low-temperature carbonization furnace(LTF)that combines turbulent and radiation effects is developed.The model was used to investigate the influence of various inlet and outlet layouts on the distribution of gas velocity,temperature,and concentration.The results show that optimizing the location of the inlets and outlets can improve the gas emission efficiency,reduce the influence of the stagnant gas zone,and ultimately improve the carbonization quality of the carbon pa-per.The model considers the emission of eight types of tar gas components from the carbonization process and their relationship with tempera-ture,providing an important theoretical basis for the manufacture of high-quality carbon fibers.
