摘  要:燃烧器循环泵的密封性能受到运行条件和环境因素的影响,如何准确地考虑这些因素,并将其纳入密封性能分析中,是一个具有挑战性的问题。对此,提出基于ANSYS的导热油炉用燃烧器循环泵密封性能分析方法。分析导热油炉用燃烧器循环泵密封失效的原因,并采用ANSYS软件建立机封有限元模型。分别分析结构参数、工艺参数和材料对密封端面温度场产生的影响,利用ANSYS软件获得导热油炉用燃烧器循环泵机封摩擦副温度分布云图,发现导热油炉用燃烧器循环泵密封性能失效的主要原因是密封摩擦接触面局部温度过高。The sealing performance of the burner circulation pump is affected by operating conditions and environmental factors:How to accu-rately consider these factors and incorporate them into the sealing performance analysis is a challenging problem.A sealing performance analy-sis method for burner circulation pumps used in thermal oil furnaces based on ANSYS is proposed.Analyze the reasons for the sealing failure of the burner circulation pump used in the thermal oil furnace,and establish a finite element model of the mechanical seal using ANSYS soft-ware.Analyze the effects of structural parameters,process parameters,and materials on the temperature field of the sealing end face separate-ly,and use ANSYS software to obtain the temperature distribution cloud map of the sealing friction pair of the burner circulating pump used in the thermal oil furnace.It is found that the main reason for the sealing performance failure of the burner circulating pump used in the thermal oil furnace is the local high temperature of the sealing friction contact surface.
