摘 要:某生产车间的一台燃气式连续步进回火炉空载炉温均匀性连续测温结果显示炉膛内存在较大的上下部温度偏差,测量人员采取关闭炉门、铺设保温材料等方法均难以达到提升炉温均匀性的效果。使用数值模拟方法对步进炉内的温度分布不均匀的情况进行诊断分析,计算结果表明炉膛内的温度不均匀主要由天然气燃烧火焰温度过高、烟气量不足致使炉膛内部搅动性不够。后续为保证工艺完善性,研究人员需向降低火焰温度与增大燃烧器出口流速的方向进行改进,以提高温度均化能力降低炉膛内部温差。The continuous temperature measurement results of the temperature uniformity of a gas continuous stepback furnace in a production workshop show that there is a large upper and lower temperature deviation in the furnace,and it is difficult for the measuring personnel to a-chieve the effect of improving the furnace temperature uniformity by taking the methods of closing the furnace door and laying insulation materi-als.The numerical simulation method is used to diagnose and analyze the situation of uneven temperature distribution in the stepping furnace,and the calculation results show that the uneven temperature in the furnace is mainly due to the high natural gas combustion flame temperature and insufficient flue gas quantity.In order to ensure the perfection of the process,the researchers need to improve the direction of reducing the flame temperature and increasing the flow rate of the burner outlet,so as to improve the temperature equalization ability and reduce the temper-ature difference inside the furnace.
