摘 要:热风炉智能燃烧控制系统的研究背景涉及现代工业生产中对能源利用效率和环境友好性的不断追求。随着工业化的推进和能源资源的有限性,热风炉作为一种重要的热能设备,其燃烧过程的控制对于提高能源利用效率、降低排放、保护环境具有重要意义。在传统的热风炉燃烧控制中,通常采用基础的控制方法,如PID控制,但这些方法难以适应复杂多变的工况和能源波动。由此产生的问题包括燃烧效率低、能源浪费严重、排放物超标等。因此,研究开发热风炉智能燃烧控制系统成为当今工程技术领域的研究热点之一。从燃气热风炉工作原理以及配置入手,介绍热风炉总体控制方法以及软硬件设计,以优化热风炉的燃烧过程,提高能源利用效率,降低环境影响,符合可持续发展的要求,为工业生产提供更加智能、高效、环保的能源解决方案。The research background of the intelligent combustion control system for hot air furnace involves the continuous pursuit of energy utilisation efficiency and environmental friendliness in modern industrial production.With the advancement of industrialisation and the limited nature of energy resources,the control of the combustion process of a hot air furnace,as an important thermal energy equipment,is of great significance for improving energy use efficiency,reducing emissions and protecting the environment.In the traditional combustion control of hot air furnace,basic control methods,such as PID control,are usually used,but these methods are difficult to adapt to the complex and vari-able working conditions and energy fluctuations.The resulting problems include low combustion efficiency,serious energy waste,and exces-sive emissions.Therefore,the research and development of intelligent combustion control system for hot air furnace has become one of the re-search hotspots in today's engineering technology field.It starting from the working principle of gas hot air furnace and its configuration,we in-troduce the overall control method of the hot air furnace as well as the hardware and software design,in order to optimise the combustion process of the hot air furnace,to improve the energy efficiency,to reduce the environmental impact,to comply with the requirements of sus-tainable development,and to provide a more intelligent,highly efficient,and environmentally friendly energy solution for industrial produc-tion.
