摘  要:通过硬件和软件的创新设计,成功实现了基于神经网络的高炉冶炼模糊控制系统,对于高炉冶炼行业的技术革新具有重要的实际意义。详细分析了高炉冶炼的工艺控制流程,包括基本工艺流程和过程控制方法,为后续的系统设计提供了理论支持。在硬件设计方面,突出了AVR控制芯片的选型及其在系统中的应用,同时详细介绍了主控电路、显示电路和键盘接口的设计。这些设计考虑了系统的稳定性、可靠性以及用户界面的易用性,以提高操作效率和用户体验。软件设计部分着重于系统的主程序工作流程、温度检测控制和系统监控软件的开发。利用神经网络技术,构建了一个高效的温度监控和控制模块,并开发了一个实时监控系统,为冶金工业的现代化和高效化提供了有力的技术支持。Through the innovative design of hardware and software,the fuzzy control system of blast furnace smelting based on neural network is successfully realized,which has important practical significance for the technological innovation of blast furnace smelting industry.The process control flow of blast furnace smelting,including basic process flow and process control method,is analyzed in detail,which provides theoretical support for the subsequent system design.In the aspect of hardware design,the selection of AVR control chip and its application in the system are highlighted.At the same time,the design of main control circuit,display circuit and keyboard interface are introduced in de-tail.These designs take into account the stability and reliability of the system as well as the ease of use of the user interface to improve opera-tional efficiency and user experience.The software design part focuses on the development of the main program workflow,temperature detec-tion control and system monitoring software.By using neural network technology,an efficient temperature monitoring and control module is constructed,and a real-time monitoring system is developed,which provides strong technical support for the modernization and high efficiency of metallurgical industry.
