钢板表面夹杂影响因素及控制措施研究

摘  要:针对某钢厂生产中厚板过程中发生的铸坯表面夹杂,最终造成轧制钢板过程出现表面夹杂问题,研究表面夹杂的形貌缺陷和成分。从中间包对接工艺、保护渣理化指标、生产拉速、水口插入深度等因素进行分析,探讨降低中厚板表面夹杂发生率的控制措施。通过优化对接工艺现场操作,增加保护渣黏度和保护渣与钢液界面之间的表面张力,以及增加保护浇铸装置等,有效地将中厚板钢板表面夹杂发生率由原来的0.4%降低到0.2%,为提升该钢厂中厚板影响力和竞争力创造了有利条件。Response to the surface inclusions on the casting slab during the production of medium and thick plates in a steel plant,which ulti-mately caused surface inclusions during the rolling process of steel plates,the morphology defects and composition of surface inclusions were studied.Analyze factors such as intermediate package docking process,physical and chemical indicators of protective slag,production speed,and depth of nozzle insertion,and explore control measures to reduce the occurrence rate of surface inclusions in medium and thick plates.By optimizing the on-site operation of the docking process,increasing the viscosity of the protective slag and the surface tension between the pro-tective slag and the steel liquid interface,as well as adding protective casting devices,the occurrence rate of inclusions on the surface of medi-um and thick steel plates has been effectively reduced from the original 0.4%to 0.2%,creating favorable conditions for improving the influ-ence and competitiveness of the steel plant's medium and thick plates.
