摘 要:某公司1#、2#连铸机采用高拉速浇钢配合棒材直轧工艺,中间包结构形式为“T”型,连铸机采用6机6流165 mm×165 mm断面,最高拉速达4.5 m/min,工作拉速稳定在4.2 m/min。在如此高拉速浇钢情况下加剧了中间包上水口侵蚀,频繁出现上水口侵蚀扩径、炸裂现象,中间包寿命因上水口原因维持在较低水平。针对该公司高拉速长寿命中间包上水口使用寿命低、耐材成本高的现状,为进一步实现连铸高效率生产,满足高拉速长寿命中间包要求,对高拉速中间包烘烤和开浇进行优化。通过中间包烘烤和开浇装置的研发并推广应用,解决高拉速工况下上水口侵蚀扩径、炸裂问题,提高中间包上水口使用寿命,实现与中间包寿命同步。The 1#and 2#continuous casting machines of a Steel Company adopt high drawing speed steel casting combined with bar direct rolling process.The intermediate ladle structure is in the form of a"T"shape,and the continuous casting machine adopts 6 machines with 6 streams of 165 mm×165 mm cross-section,with a maximum pulling speed of 4.5m/min and a stable working pulling speed of 4.2m/min.Under such high casting speed,the erosion of the upper water outlet in the tundish is intensified,and there are frequent phenomena of ero-sion,expansion,and explosion at the upper water outlet.The service life of the tundish is only maintained at a low level of due to the upper water outlet.In response to the current situation of low service life and high cost of refractory materials at the upper nozzle of the high speed and long service life intermediate ladle,in order to further achieve efficient production of continuous casting and meet the requirements of high speed and long service life intermediate ladles,the baking and pouring of the high speed intermediate ladle are optimized.By developing and promoting the application of intermediate ladle baking and pouring devices,we aim to solve the problems of erosion,expansion,and explosion of the upper nozzle under high pulling speed conditions,improve the service life of the upper nozzle in the intermediate ladle,and achieve synchronization with the service life of the intermediate ladle.
