摘　　要：方坯连铸机结晶器液面异常波动较为频繁,严重制约品种钢的研发,经过长期的现场生产跟踪及液面趋势分析,根据钢水液面控制原理对液面异常波动进行原因分析,找出引起结晶器钢水液面波动的多种因素,有针对性地对设备性能及工艺流程进行提升和优化。The abnormal fluctuation of liquid level in the crystallizer of billet continuous cast⁃ing machine is frequent,which seriously restricts the research and development of variety steel.Af⁃ter a long period of on-site production tracking and analysis of liquid level trend,the abnormal fluc⁃tuation of liquid level is analyzed based on the principle of liquid level control,so as to find out the factors that cause fluctuation of liquid level of steel in the crystallizer,and targeted enhancement and optimization of equipment performance and processes are put forward.
