摘　　要：某公司300 MW机组设计为煤-煤气混烧机组,锅炉因燃料配比变化造成排烟温度波动较大,导致空气预热器转子不同程度变形,密封间隙难以控制。为解决空气预热器长期漏风率超标而导致的锅炉效率降低和经济性不良等问题,提出了一种密封间隙自动控制系统。密封改造后,2台机组的空气预热器漏风率由14%降低至7%以下,满足设计要求,与现有密封改造技术相比,在密封效果、自动调节控制、安全可靠性等方面具有明显优势。A company′s 300 MW unit is designed as a coal-gas co-firing unit,and the boiler′s exhaust temperature fluctuates greatly due to changes in the fuel ratio,resulting in different degrees of deformation of the air pre-preheater rotor,and the sealing gap is dif⁃ficult to control.In order to solve the problems of reduced boiler efficiency and poor economy caused by the long-term air leakage rate exceeding the standard of the air pre⁃heater,an automatic control system for the sealing gap is proposed.After the sealing modifi⁃cation,the air preheater air leakage rate of the two units was reduced from 14%to less than 7%,which meets the design requirements.Compared with the existing sealing transfor⁃mation technology,it has obvious advantages in sealing effect,automatic adjustment and con⁃trol,safety and reliability.
