摘 要:电磁感应加热器作为冷轧热镀锌产线的关键设备,主要作用是对钢材进行均匀加热,确保镀锌层的质量。其工作原理是通过高频电流在金属内部产生热量,实现快速、高效加热。由于该设备是在高温、高频和高电流的复杂环境中运作,因此,长时间运行后会出现过热、冷却系统泄漏、逆变器故障、电缆绝缘老化等问题。通过增加智能温湿度监测设备、增设空调冷却系统等预防措施,可以减少上述问题的发生,提高电磁感应加热设备的稳定性。The electromagnetic induction heater,as the key equipment of cold rolled hot-dip galvanizing production line,is mainly used to heat the steel uniformly to ensure the quality of galvanized layer.Its working principle is to generate heat inside the metal through high-frequency current to realize rapid and efficient heating.Since this equipment operates in a complex environment with high temperatures,high frequencies and high cur⁃rents,problems such as overheating,cooling system leaks,inverter failures,and cable insula⁃tion deterioration can occur after prolonged operation.By adding intelligent temperature and humidity monitoring equipment,additional air conditioning cooling system and other preven⁃tive measures,the occurrence of the above problems can be reduced and the stability of electromagnetic induction heating equipment can be improved.
