摘  要:大型高参数富余煤气发电机组事故停机时会对煤气管网及设施造成较大的冲击,甚至损坏煤气设施,引发煤气泄漏、人员中毒等安全事故。某钢铁企业原有煤气管网压力控制方式不能满足新建富余煤气发电机组的要求,机组事故停机时易造成管网超压。通过新建1座煤气放散塔并将其与发电机组联锁控制的方式对管网压力控制进行优化,有效减少了高炉休风的次数,同时避免了事故停机时因煤气压力波动造成的系统安全隐患。The accidental shutdown of large-scale high-parameter surplus gas generator sets will cause a large impact on the gas pipeline network and facilities,and even damage to the gas facilities,resulting in gas leakage,personnel poisoning and other safety accidents.An iron and steel enterprise original gas pipeline network pressure control method could not meet the requirements of the new surplus gas generating units,and the unit accidental shut⁃down was easy to cause pipeline network overpressure.By building a new gas discharge tower and optimizing the pressure control of the pipeline network by joint control with the generator set,the number of blast furnace wind breaks has been effectively reduced,while avoiding the system safety hazards caused by fluctuations in gas pressure during accidental shutdowns.
