摘  要:某公司焙烧炉燃气原采用转炉煤气和天然气混合,通过对焙烧炉燃气系统的优化改造,实现从混合燃气到纯转炉煤气的转换。改造后,该机组单位废酸天然气降耗约22m3,工艺参数、环保指标、氧化铁粉指标(比表面积除外)稳定,但机组产能和铁粉比表面积有所下降。对低热值燃气改造所引起的机组产能、铁粉比表面积的下降进行原因分析,提出燃气热值提升、富氧燃烧、燃气及助燃空气预热等改善措施,指导后续机组的优化。A company′s roaster originally used converter gas and natural gas mixture,and switched to pure converter gas through optimization of the roaster gas system.After the modification,the unit′s natural gas consumption of waste acid per unit was reduced by about 22 m3,and the process parameters,environmental protection indexes,and iron oxide powder indexes(except for the specific surface area)were stable,but the unit′s production capacity and the specific surface area of iron powder decreased.The reasons for the decline in unit capacity and specific surface area of iron powder caused by low calorific value gas renovation were analyzed,and improvement measures such as gas calorific value enhance⁃ment,oxygen-enriched combustion,and preheating of gas and combustion air were put for⁃ward to guide the subsequent optimization of the unit.
