摘  要:压缩空气是一种重要的动力源,具有安全、易调节、输送方便等特点,因此被广泛应用。随着各行业对压缩空气品质要求的提高,传统余热干燥器能耗高、阻损大、效率低、露点不达标等问题日益突出,不同形式的零气耗干燥器应运而生,技术也日渐成熟。本文详细介绍了鼓风外加热零气耗干燥器、压缩热零气耗干燥器以及转鼓式零气耗干燥器的不同工作原理,并分析对比了其工艺和能耗的优缺点,为各企业干燥器设备选型提供参考依据。Compressed air is an important power source that is widely used because it is safe,easy to regulate and convenient to deliver.With the improvement of compressed air quality requirements of various industries,the problems of traditional waste heat dryers with high energy consumption,high resistance loss,low efficiency,dew point does not meet the standard and other problems are becoming more and more prominent,and different forms of zero air consumption dryer came into being,and the technology is becoming more and more mature.Comparative analysis of the working principle,process and energy consumption char⁃acteristics of the zero air consumption dryer with external heating,zero air consumption dryer with compression heating and zero air consumption dryer with rotating drum is carried out,so as to provide reference bases for the selection of dryer equipment for various enter⁃prises.
