摘  要:为提高钢铁厂烧结脱硫废水中铊的去除效率,采用石灰+除铊剂+助剂+PAM絮凝沉淀工艺对江西某钢铁烧结脱硫废水进行提标改造。结果表明当进水铊浓度在2600~5030μg/L时,处理后出水铊浓度为0.3~0.8μg/L,满足规范要求的总铊浓度小于5μg/L,该改造实践可为钢铁行业烧结脱硫含铊废水除铊提供参考依据。In order to improve the removal efficiency of thallium in the sintering desulfuriza⁃tion wastewater of iron and steel plants,lime+thallium remover+additives+PAM flocculation and precipitation process was used to upgrade the sintering desulfurization wastewater of an iron and steel plant in Jiangxi.The results show that when the influent thallium concentration is 2600–5030μg/L,the thallium concentration of the treated effluent is 0.3–0.8μg/L,which meets the specification requirement of the total thallium concentration of less than 5μg/L.The modification practice can provide a reference for the iron and steel industry to remove thallium from the thallium-containing wastewater of sintering desulfurization.
