摘　　要：面对化肥农药超量使用、灌溉效率低下以及生态退化加剧等挑战,统计分析了我国耕地资源利用存在的问题及原因,并深入探究了耕地生态文明建设的有效策略。研究结果表明,化肥农药减量增效、节水灌溉、生态修复及公众参与是促进耕地生态健康的关键。结合现有对策,提出推广有机肥与生物农药,提高灌溉水利用系数、实行生态补偿机制等一系列具体建议,以促进耕地资源的可持续利用,保障粮食安全。研究着重指出耕地生态文明建设策略对实现耕地生态文明建设的重要性,同时为有关政策的出台提供科学依据。In the face of challenges such as excessive use of fertilizers and pesticides,low irrigation efficiency,and intensified ecological degradation,this study analyzed the problems and reasons for the utilization of arable land resources in China and explored effective strategies for the construction of ecological civilization in arable land.The research results indicate that reducing and increasing the efficiency of chemical fertilizers and pesticides,water-saving irrigation,ecological restoration,and public participation are key factors in promoting the ecological health of cultivated land.Based on existing strategies,a series of specific suggestions are proposed to promote the use of organic fertilizers and biopesticides,increase the irrigation water utilization coefficient,and implement ecological compensation mechanisms,in order to promote the sustainable utilization of arable land resources and ensure food security.The study emphasizes the importance of strategies for promoting ecological civilization in cultivated land,and provides scientific basis for the formulation of relevant policies.
