摘　　要：目前,隔膜压滤机在我国污泥深度脱水中的应用较为广泛,但存在劳动强度大、药剂投加量大、运营成本高、车间环境差等问题。全自动隔膜压滤机用于污泥深度脱水,能够大幅降低劳动强度、减少药剂用量、降低运营成本,具有明显的技术优势和经济效益,为我国污泥深度脱水设计及运营提供新的思路。At present,diaphragm filter presses are widely used in deep sludge dewatering in China,but there are problems such as high labor intensity,large dosage of chemicals,high operating costs,and poor workshop environment.The fully automatic diaphragm filter press is used for deep sludge dewatering,which can significantly reduce labor intensity,chemical dosage,and operating costs.It has obvious technical advantages and economic benefits,providing new ideas for the design and operation of deep sludge dewatering in China.
