摘 要:化学需氧量(Chemical Oxygen Demand,COD)是应急监测中经常涉及的监测项目,实验室一般采用重铬酸盐法测定COD,存在分析时间长的问题。快速消解分光光度法采用消解器快速消解水样,通过便携式分光光度计测定标准样品和实际样品中的COD。基于此,以应急监测为例,分析快速消解分光光度法用于测定水质COD的可行性,并与重铬酸盐法的测定结果进行对比分析。试验结果表明,快速消解分光光度法测定水质COD的相对标准偏差为1.0%~7.1%,相对误差为-1.9%~2.5%,与重铬酸盐法相比无显著性差异。该方法操作简单快捷、准确可靠,可用于快速测定水环境应急监测中的COD。Chemical Oxygen Demand(COD)is a monitoring item frequently involved in emergency monitoring.Laboratories generally use the dichromate method to determine COD,which has the problem of long analysis time.The rapid digestion spectrophotometric method uses a digester to rapidly digest water samples,and determines COD in standard and actual samples using a portable spectrophotometer.Based on this,taking emergency monitoring as an example,the feasibility of using rapid digestion spectrophotometry to determine COD in water quality is analyzed,and the results are compared and analyzed with those of the dichromate method.The experimental results showed that the relative standard deviation of rapid digestion spectrophotometry for determining COD in water quality was 1.0%~7.1%,and the relative error was-1.9%~2.5%,with no significant difference compared to the dichromate method.This method is simple,fast,accurate,and reliable to operate,and can be used for rapid determination of COD in emergency monitoring of water environment.
