摘　　要：主要介绍某饲料生产加工企业生产废水处理工程,该企业采用以“混凝气浮+厌氧好氧(Anaerobic Oxic,A/O)+膜生物反应器(Membrane Bio-Reactor,MBR)”为主体的工艺处理饲料生产废水,通过严密的前期调研和合理设计构筑物尺寸,准确进行设备选型及废水站平面和高程布置。最终运行结果表明:废水经处理后各水质指标均能稳定达标,满足业主回用要求,本项目的成功运行可为同类废水处理提供工程实践参考。This article mainly introduces the production wastewater treatment project of a certain feed production and processing enterprise.The enterprise adopts the process of“coagulation air flotation+Anaerobic Oxic(A/O)+Membrane Bio-Reactor(MBR)”as the main body to treat feed production wastewater.Through rigorous preliminary research and reasonable design of structure dimensions,accurate equipment selection and layout of wastewater station plan and elevation are carried out.The final operational results indicate that all water quality indicators of the treated wastewater can stably meet the standards and meet the requirements of the owner for reuse.The successful operation of this project can provide engineering practice reference cases for similar wastewater treatment.
