摘 要:近年来,全球气候变化与环境保护日益受到关注,为了降低碳排放量,诸多国家提出碳达峰碳中和(简称双碳)目标。我国是人口大国,建筑行业的发展与废物管理直接影响碳排放总量。建筑垃圾的大量产生与处理不仅关系到环境质量,也关系到资源的有效利用和可持续发展。新疆维吾尔自治区(简称新疆)资源丰富,地广人稀。结合新疆建筑垃圾处置现状,揭示建筑垃圾资源化利用面临的挑战,并提出推动建筑垃圾资源化利用的策略,助力新疆实现双碳目标。In recent years,global climate change and environmental protection have received increasing attention,in order to reduce carbon emissions,many countries have proposed carbon peak and carbon neutrality(referred to as dual carbon)targets.China is a populous country,and the development of the construction industry and waste management directly affect the total carbon emissions.The large-scale generation and treatment of construction waste are not only related to environmental quality,but also to the effective utilization of resources and sustainable development.Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region(referred to as Xinjiang)is rich in resources,vast in territory,and sparsely populated.Based on the current situation of construction waste disposal in Xinjiang,the challenges faced by the resource utilization of construction waste are revealed,and the strategies are proposed to promote the resource utilization of construction waste,in order to help Xinjiang achieve its dual carbon target.
