摘 要:长庆油田共有近3000口水源井,依托水源井开展地热利用,具有较大的开发潜力。选取长庆油田典型站场,针对水源井“取水用热+直接换热”的地热利用工艺,以地热出水温度、地热水量和地热水矿化度为影响因素,开展经济评价,同时明确水热型地热利用经济性边界条件,为水源井地热利用项目可行性论证提供参考。结果表明,在其他影响因素不变的情况下,项目经济性与地热水温度、地热水流量呈正相关,与换热器材质价格呈负相关。地热出水温度为32℃,地热水流量为210 m^(3)/d时,对比分析碳钢(实际工况)、254SMO不锈钢、2205双相不锈钢和钛材的蒸发器价格和维护成本,碳钢经济性更加突出。Changqing Oilfield has nearly 3000 water source wells,and relying on these wells for geothermal utilization has great potential for development.Selecting a typical station in Changqing Oilfield,the geothermal utilization process of“water intake and heat transfer+direct heat exchange”for water source wells.The economic evaluation is carried out based on the influencing factors of geothermal water outlet temperature,geothermal water volume,and geothermal water salinity,at the same time,the economic boundary conditions of hydrothermal geothermal utilization are clarified,providing reference for the feasibility study of geothermal utilization projects in water source wells.The results indicate that,with other influencing factors remaining constant,the economic viability of the project is positively correlated with the temperature and flow rate of geothermal water,and negatively correlated with the material price of the heat exchanger.When the geothermal water outlet temperature is 32℃and the geothermal water flow rate is 210 m^(3)/d,a comparative analysis of the prices and maintenance costs of evaporators made of carbon steel(actual working conditions),254SMO stainless steel,2205 duplex stainless steel,and titanium shows that carbon steel is more economical.
