摘　　要：为持续推进我国生态文明建设,实现“碳达峰、碳中和”总体目标,提高废旧资源循环利用水平,研究甘肃省废铅蓄动力电池的产生及回收利用现状,探讨废铅蓄动力电池国内外的回收利用技术,重点分析目前甘肃省废铅蓄动力电池回收利用过程中存在的问题并提出相应的管理对策,以期为废铅蓄动力电池回收利用的管理和决策提供参考。In order to continuously promote the construction of ecological civilization in China,achieve the overall goal of“carbon peak and carbon neutrality”,and improve the level of recycling of waste resources,this study mainly focuses on the production and recycling status of waste lead storage batteries in Gansu province,explores the recycling technology of waste lead storage batteries at home and abroad,analyzes the problems existing in the current recycling process of waste lead storage batteries in Gansu province,and proposes corresponding management strategies,in order to provide reference for the management and decision-making of waste lead storage battery recycling.
