摘 要:针对我国不同区域污染场地土壤污染风险管控与修复技术应用特点,梳理68个案例技术应用情况,分析场地土壤污染风险管控与修复技术应用年度和区域差异。结果表明,2021—2022年,水泥窑协同处置技术和固化稳定化技术应用更加广泛,相对重金属污染场地,有机污染和复合污染场地技术应用区域差异较大,其中,重庆市场地污染土壤修复均应用了水泥窑系统处置技术。在“双碳”背景下,建议完善常用的热脱附和水泥窑协同处置等技术的绿色低碳评估体系,加快向绿色低碳转变,以适应时代要求。Based on the characteristics of soil pollution risk control and remediation technology application in different regions of China,68 case studies were reviewed to analyze the annual and regional differences in the application of soil pollution risk control and remediation technology.The results show that from 2021 to 2022,the application of cement kiln collaborative disposal technology and solidification stabilization technology will be more extensive.Compared with heavy metal contaminated sites,there are significant regional differences in the application of organic pollution and composite pollution site technology.Among them,cement kiln system disposal technology has been applied to the remediation of contaminated soil in Chongqing.In the context of“dual carbon”,it is recommended to improve the green and low-carbon assessment system of commonly used technologies such as thermal desorption and cement kiln collaborative disposal,accelerate the transition to green and low-carbon,and meet the requirements of the times.
