摘 要:针对鲁西北地区高含硫气田水池恶臭处理难题,提出进水缓冲、亲水泡沫隔绝及尾气脱硫的综合处理技术。该技术在TD85井成功应用,连续运行125 d,处理恶臭气体16500 m^(3),降低气田水来水冲击负荷74.9%,液面覆盖率达到90.5%。处理后,硫化氢、甲硫醇等污染物的浓度均达到《恶臭污染物排放标准》(GB 14554—1993)。该技术有效降低气田水池恶臭气体逸散,具有良好的环境效益和经济效益。In view of the problem of odor treatment of high sulfur gas field tanks in Northwest Shandong,a comprehensive treatment technology of water buffer,hydrophilic foam isolation and tail gas desulfurization is proposed.This technology has been successfully applied in the TD85 well,running continuously for 125 d,treating 16500 m^(3)of odorous gas,reducing the impact load of incoming gas field water by 74.9%,and achieving a liquid level coverage rate of 90.5%.After treatment,the concentrations of pollutants such as hydrogen sulfide and methyl mercaptan reach the Emission Standards for Odor Pollutants(GB 14554-1993).This technology effectively reduces the emission of odorous gases from gas field water tanks,and has good environmental and economic benefits.
