摘　　要：低碳生态理念以可持续发展为核心,可以应用于工业园区规划设计。结合低碳生态工业园区的基础理论,探讨低碳生态工业园区规划设计的原则、策略、方法和实施路径,然后通过案例分析总结丹麦卡伦堡生态工业园和中国苏州工业园区的宝贵经验,为低碳生态工业园区规划设计提供参考。未来,要大力发展循环经济,最大限度地减少碳排放,建设低碳生态工业园区,切实保护生态环境,实现人与自然的和谐共生。The low-carbon ecological concept,with sustainable development as its core,can be applied to the planning and design of industrial parks.Based on the basic theory of low-carbon ecological industrial parks,the principles,strategies,methods and implementation paths of low-carbon ecological industrial park planning and design are explored,then,through case analysis,the valuable experiences of Denmark's Kalundborg Ecological Industrial Park and China's Suzhou Industrial Park are summarized,thus providing reference for the planning and design of low-carbon ecological industrial parks.In the future,it is necessary to vigorously develop a circular economy,minimize carbon emissions,build low-carbon ecological industrial parks,effectively protect the ecological environment,and achieve harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.
