摘  要:目的:分析中药细胞级粉碎技术在中药药剂中的临床应用价值。方法:选用医院2024年1月至2024年4月采购的三七、川贝母、西洋参、天麻四种药物为观察对象,每种药物均为200g,按重量平均分为两组。其中观察组药材采用中药细胞级粉碎技术处理,对照组药材采用常规粉碎技术处理,比较两组药材的处理效果。结果:观察组粉碎后三七(22.63±2.23)μm,川贝母(21.78±2.42)μm,西洋参(20.11±2.03)μm,天麻(20.32±1.25)μm,均低于对照组[三七(40.33±1.98)μm,川贝母(60.37±2.13)μm,西洋参(37.46±1.92)μm,天麻(26.15±0.86)μm],P<0.05。观察组三七渗透速率(3.01±0.16)%,川贝母渗透速率(5.26±0.04)%,西洋参渗透速率(4.36±0.13)%,天麻渗透速率(6.35±0.15)%,显著高于对照组[三七渗透速率(2.78±0.22)%,川贝母渗透速率(2.43±0.09)%,西洋参渗透速率(3.86±0.10)%,天麻渗透速率(4.62±0.13)%],P<0.05。结论:中药细胞级粉碎技术在中药药剂制备中发挥重要作用,可进一步优化药材粒度与渗透速率。Objective:To analyze the clinical application value of traditional Chinese medicine cell level pulverization technology in Chinese medicine preparations.Method:With four drugs of Panax notoginseng,mother,American ginseng and Gastrodia elata purchased by the hospital from January 2024 to April 2024,each drug was 200g and divided into two groups according to weight.In the observation group,cell-grade crushing technology of traditional Chinese medicine was used;in the control group,conventional crushing technology was used to compare the treatment effect of the two groups.Result:After pulverization,the observation group had lower levels of Sanqi(22.63±2.23)μm,Chuanbeimu(21.78±2.42)μm,American ginseng(20.11±2.03)μm,and Tianma(20.32±1.25)μm compared to the control group[Sanqi(40.33±1.98)μm,Chuanbeimu(60.37±2.13)μm,American ginseng(37.46±1.92)μm,Tianma(26.15±0.86)μm,P<0.05].The infiltration rates of Panax notoginseng(3.01±0.16)%,Fritillaria chuanxiong(5.26±0.04)%,Panax quinquefolia(4.36±0.13)%,and Gastrodia elata(6.35±0.15)%in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group[Panax notoginseng infiltration rate(2.78±0.22)%,Fritillaria chuanxiong infiltration rate(2.43±0.09)%,Panax quinquefolia infiltration rate(3.86±0.10)%,Gastrodia elata infiltration rate(4.62±0.13)%,P<0.05].Conclusion:TCM cell-level crushing technology plays an important role in the preparation of traditional Chinese medicine,which can further optimize the particle size and penetration rate of medicinal materials。
