摘 要:雄安枢纽站支撑承轨层的框架柱采用型钢混凝土柱,由于抗震设防的需要,型钢混凝土柱截面巨大。为减小传统埋入式型钢混凝土柱脚设计导致的柱脚埋深过大及施工风险大的问题,提出一种新型半埋入式柱脚方案,柱脚型钢埋入承台约1.35倍型钢截面高度,采用十字形布置靴梁、锚栓、U形筋、预应力筋组合构造方式将柱脚弯矩可靠传递至基础,同时减小了基础承台的厚度。为验证设计方案的可靠性,对柱脚方案进行简化,设计并制作缩尺比1∶6的柱脚节点模型,对其进行静力实验研究,获得柱脚节点在复杂荷载作用下的力学响应及破坏情况。实验结果表明,2个试件在1倍设计荷载作用下,钢构件均未屈服,仅柱脚受拉区出现裂缝,在2倍设计荷载作用下,2个试件柱脚受压区和承台出现裂缝,但钢筋、钢骨靴梁和钢骨均未屈服,证明该柱脚节点具有足够的安全储备。此外,预应力的施加使得柱脚节点的极限承载能力提高32.9%,同时提高柱脚节点变形能力,其中梁端最大竖向位移提高92.1%,柱端最大水平位移提高98.0%;此外,预应力的施加还可以提高抗冲切性能、减小承台上下层交界处的应变大小和裂缝宽度。该结构实验成果已应用于雄安枢纽站设计,提出的柱脚构造形式具有较高的安全储备及良好的可实施性,可在同类工程设计中推广应用,为相似工程问题提供解决方案。The frame column of Xiongan Hub Station supporting the bearing rail layer adopts section steel concrete column.Due to the need of seismic fortification requirements,the section of the steel concrete column is huge.In order to reduce excessive buried footing depth resulted from the traditional embedded steel and concrete column base design and the construction risk hereafter,a new type of semi-buried column base scheme is proposed with the footing steel embedded in the bearing platform about 1.35 times the height of the section of steel,the footing moment reliably transferred to the foundation by using the cross-shaped arrangement of the boot beams,anchor bolts,U-shaped reinforcement,prestressing tendons combination of the structural method so as to reduce the thickness of the foundation bearing platform.In order to verify the reliability of the design scheme,the column base scheme is simplified,and a column base joint model with a scaled-down ratio of 1∶6 is designed and fabricated,and a static test is carried out to obtain the mechanical response and damage of the column base joint under complex loading.Test results exhibite that only cracks appear in the tensile zone of the column base and the steel members of both specimens do not yield under one times of design load,and cracks appear in the compression zone of the column base and bearing platform of both specimens under two times of design load,but the reinforcement bars,the steel boot girders and the steel bones do not yield,which proves that the column base joint has sufficient safety reserve.In addition,the application of prestressing increases the ultimate bearing capacity of the column base joint by 32.9%,and improves the deformation capacity of the column base joint,in which the maximum vertical displacement of the beam end is increased by 92.1%,and the maximum horizontal displacement of the column end is increased by 98.0%;moreover,the application of prestressing could improve the punching shear capacity,and reduce the strain level and the width of t
