环境规制、城市人工舒适性与产业结构升级--基于中国286个地级市面板数据的分析

摘　　要：人与自然和谐共生是城市现代化发展的重要理念,城市人工舒适性的发展对城市产业升级、绿色发展具有重要影响。采用面板双固定模型考察中国286个地级市环境规制、城市人工舒适性对产业结构升级的具体影响和调节效应。研究发现,适度的环境规制对产业结构升级具有显著的推动作用。机制检验表明,城市人工舒适性水平会通过城市智能舒适性和城市消费舒适性对环境规制影响产业结构升级具有显著的调节效应。异质性分析表明,这一调节效应在胡焕庸线东南侧、沿线地区和资源型城市中效果更为明显。进一步分析发现,环境规制对产业结构升级存在以城市人工舒适性为门槛变量的门槛效应。“Harmonious coexistence of human and nature”is an important concept of urban modernization and development,and the development of urban artificial amenities will have an important impact on the industrial upgrading and green development of cities.A panel double-fixed model is used to investigate the specific impacts of environmental regulation and urban artificial amenities on industrial structure upgrading and the moderating effects in 286 prefecture-level cities.It is found that moderate environmental regulation has a significant role in promoting industrial structure upgrading.The mechanism test shows that the level of urban artificial amenities will have a significant moderating effect on the environmental regulation on industrial structure upgrading through urban intelligent amenities and urban consumption amenities.Heterogeneity analysis shows that this moderating effect is more obvious in the southeast side of the Hu Huanyong line and along the line,as well as in resource-oriented cities.Further analysis reveals that there is a threshold effect of environmental regulation on industrial structure upgrading with urban artificial amenities as the threshold variable.
