摘  要:流感是由流感病毒引起的急性呼吸道传染病,接种相应的流感疫苗是预防和控制流感传播及流感导致的严重并发症的最经济有效的手段,由于基于鸡胚培养的流感疫苗在面临大流行威胁时可能存在鸡胚无法及时供应、难以快速大规模的生产疫苗等不足,细胞来源培养的流感疫苗的开发与生产越来越受到重视。本文主要从目前开发的用于生产流感疫苗的几种生产细胞(MDCK、Vero、PER.C6和昆虫细胞)的临床前和临床研究进展、优缺点以及不同细胞培养的流感病毒的工艺及细胞基质流感疫苗的质量控制等方面进行综述。Influenza is an acute respiratory infection caused by influenza viruses.Vaccination is the most costeffective means of preventing and controlling the spread of influenza and its serious complications.Due to the shortcomings of embryonated hen egg-based influenza vaccines in the face of the threat of pandemics(e.g.,inability to obtain chicken embryos in a timely manner and the difficulty of rapid and large-scale production of vaccines),the development and production of cell-based influenza vaccines have received increasing attention.Herein,we review the progress in preclinical/clinical research,advantages/disadvantages of several cell-based(e.g.,MDCK,Vero,PER.C6,and insect cells)influenza vaccines developed so far,as well as the processes of different cell-based influenza viruses and quality control of cell-derived influenza vaccines.
