摘  要:发热伴血小板减少综合征布尼亚病毒(Severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome virus,SFTSV)是一种新发的蜱传病毒,其感染可引起发热伴血小板减少综合征(Severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome,SFTS),临床表现以发热伴血小板减少为主要特征,少数患者病情较重且发展迅速,可因多脏器功能衰竭而死亡。目前,针对SFTSV感染的治疗方案大多是症状支持性治疗。尽管近年来研究人员在灭活疫苗、减毒活疫苗、DNA疫苗、重组病毒载体疫苗、蛋白质亚基疫苗的研究中取得了突破性进展,但尚无上市疫苗。此外,动物模型建立也面临诸多问题,具有一定局限性。本文对SFTSV疫苗以及疫苗评价动物模型的国内外研究进行综述。Severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome virus is a novel tick-borne virus.Its infection can cause fever accompanied by thrombocytopenia syndrome,with thrombocytopenia as the main clinical manifestation.Some patients have severe and rapidly developing conditions,and may die due to multiple organ failure.Currently,most treatment for Bunyavirus infection in fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome are supportive treatments.Although progresses in the research of attenuated live vaccines,DNA vaccines,recombinant virus vector vaccines,and protein subunit vaccines have been made in recent years,there are still no vaccines made into the market.In addition,the establishment of animal models also faces many problems and has certain limitations.This article provides a review of worldwide research on the Bunyavirus vaccine and its related animal models for severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome.
