摘　　要：当前房屋安全事故多发频发,需开发房屋安全综合管理信息系统以加强房屋安全管理。系统基于Java体系下最流行的Spring Boot+Spring Cloud微服务架构和PaaS开发云平台,采用MVC开发模式、面向服务SOA的多层体系架构、GIS在线服务集成管理和工作流引擎,以IntelliJ IDEA作为开发工具,东方通TongWEB为Web服务器,以达梦数据库为系统后台数据库,采用Java语言开发。该系统的应用可以有效提升住建部门的房屋安全管理能力,实现城乡房屋的安全动态监管,保障人民生命财产安全,与同类系统相比更能适合住房城乡建设管理部门的需求。The frequent occurrence of housing safety accidents requires,the development of a comprehensive housing safety management information system to strengthen housing safety management.The system is based on the most popular Spring Boot+Spring Cloud microservice framework and PaaS development cloud platform under the Java architecture.It adopts MVC development pattern,service-oriented SOA multi-layer architecture,GIS online service integration management,and workflow engine.IntelLlij IDEA is used as the development tool,Eastcom TongWEB is used as the web server,Dameng Database is used as the system backend database,and Java language is used for development.The application of this system can effectively enhance the housing safety management capability of the housing and construction department,achieve dynamic supervision of urban and rural housing safety,and ensure the safety of people's lives and property.Compared with similar systems,it is more suitable for the needs of the housing and urban-rural construction management department.
