数据标准化与数字化技术在水务生产计划统计中的应用

摘　　要：“十四五”时期,水务行业企业集团基于所面临的宏观政策与行业发展环境,初步通过构建计划统计管理体系提升资源配置效率和风险管理能力,但仍面临着业财融合度不足、指标体系建设不完整、数据质量不高等问题。本文阐述了数据标准化和数字化技术应用的必要性与重要性,并对其在水务生产计划管理上的应用进行了研究与实例展示,以加强集团计划统计能力,促进业财融合,进一步推动其转型改革和高质量发展。During the 14th Five-Year Plan period,based on the macro-policy and industry development environment faced by enterprise group in water industry,the resource allocation efficiency and risk management ability were initially improved by constructing the planning and statistical management system.However,it still faces problems such as insufficient integration of business and finance,incomplete construction of index system,low data quality and so on.This paper expounds the necessity and importance of data standardization and digital technology application,studies its application in water production planning management,and demonstrates with examples,so as to strengthen the group's planning and statistical capacity,promote the integration of industry and finance,and further promote its transformation reform and high-quality development.
