延长油田注水井高温储层防垢措施研究

摘  要:围绕延长油田高温储层注水井结垢问题,深入分析了结垢机理、类型及影响因素。针对高温储层特征,提出了化学防垢、物理防垢和工艺防垢等多种措施。缓蚀阻垢剂和螯合分散剂的应用显著延长了结垢周期;磁场和超声波等物理防垢技术在高温环境下表现出良好效果;注水水质处理和井下防垢管柱应用等工艺措施进一步提高了防垢效率。多种防垢技术的联合应用,结合完善的日常管理,为解决高温储层结垢问题提供了有效方案,对提高油田开发效益具有重要意义。This study addresses scaling in high-temperature water injection wells in Yanchang Oilfield.It analyzes scaling mechanisms,types,and factors.Proposed solutions include chemical,physical,and process-based anti-scaling measures.The use of inhibitors and dispersants extends scaling cycles.Physical methods like magneticfields and ultrasound work well in high heat.Water treatment and downhole anti-scaling systems also boost efficiency.Combined with effective management,these measures provide a solution to high-temperature scaling,crucial for oilfield development..
