摘 要:氨法脱硫当中,脱硫剂为氨,加氨方式通常有两种使用法,直接将液氨和液氨溶解稀释至质量分数为17%~25%的氨水后向加氨小室加氨。生产运行证明,当使用直接加液氨的方式时,吸收段喷淋管道系统结氨垢严重,导致脱硫塔吸收段及后续其他系列运行故障率高,严重时影响脱硫塔整体运行,被迫停运。基于此,对氨垢形成进行全面分析,并有针对性的进行了技术改进,有效缓解了氨垢的形成,保证了脱硫塔的稳定运行。In ammonia desulfurization,the desulfurizer is ammonia.There are usually two ways to add ammonia.Liquid ammonia and liquid ammonia are directly dissolved and diluted to 17%~25%ammonia,and then ammonia is added to the ammonia adding chamber.The production operation proves that when the method of directly adding liquid ammonia is used,ammonia scale is serious in the spray pipeline system of the absorption section,which leads to a high failure rate of the absorption section and other subsequent series of desulfurization towers,which seriously affects the overall operation of the desulfurization tower and is forced to stop.In this paper,the formation of ammonia scale is comprehensively analyzed,and the technical improvement is carried out,which effectively relieves the formation of ammonia scale and ensures the stable and normal operation of desulfurization tower.
