摘  要:针对液化天然气(LNG)接收站在气化过程中面临的氮氧化物(NO_x)排放问题,深入研究了浸没燃烧式气化器(SCV)采用分级燃烧技术实现低氮排放的可能性与实践效果。通过分析国内外相关研究成果,探讨了分级燃烧技术的基本原理、关键技术要点,以及在北京燃气集团天津南港LNG应急储备项目中的具体应用案例。研究表明,分级燃烧技术能够显著降低NO_x排放,同时保持较高的燃烧效率和运行稳定性,为LNG接收站的环保升级提供了有力的支持。This article focuses on the problem of nitrogen oxide(NOx)emissions faced by liquefied natural gas(LNG)receiving stations during the gasification process,and deeply studies the possibility and practical effects of using staged combustion technology to achieve low nitrogen emissions in submerged combustion gasifiers(SCVs).By analyzing relevant research results at home and abroad,this article explores the basic principles,key technical points,and specific application cases of staged combustion technology in the Tianjin Nangang LNG emergency reserve project of Beijing Gas Group.Research has shown that staged combustion technology can significantly reduce NOx emissions while maintaining high combustion efficiency and operational stability,providing strong support for the environmental upgrade of LNG receiving stations.
