摘 要:在石油化工的气柜气回收和利用过程中,催化后的气体脱硫后存储进气柜,气柜气可用作生产单元的燃料气或原料气。若液相含量过高会导致气柜腐蚀、超压、气阻,气柜气污染、浪费、泄露等问题。针对上述问题,研究开发了基于凝聚吸捕技术的四级分离模块组合技术,耦合惯性碰撞、旋流离心、聚并生长、重力沉降等多种作用力优势,脱液效率最高达99.6%,符合厂区生产要求。从脱液效率、操作弹性等方面与单一的波纹折流、纤维凝聚、旋流分离等模块进行比较,此研究将为气柜气深度净化提供一种高效的新技术。In the process of gas recovery and utilization in the petrochemical industry,the catalyzed and desulfurized gas is stored in a gas holder,which can be used as fuel gas or raw material gas for production units.Excessively high liquid content can lead to gas holder corrosion,overpressure,gas blocking,gas contamination,waste,leakage,and other issues.This study developed a four-stage separation module combination technology based on condensation and capture technology,coupling the advantages of various forces such as inertial impact,cyclonic centrifugation,coalescence and growth,and gravitational settlement,achieving a maximum liquid removal efficiency of 99.6%,which meets the production requirements of the plant.This paper compares this technology with single modules such as corrugated baffle,fiber coalescence,and cyclonic separation in terms of liquid removal efficiency and operational flexibility.This research provides an efficient new technology for deep purification of gas holder gas.
