摘  要:传统的多刀翼领眼磨鞋在磨铣高强度、高硬度套管时,存在作业扭矩大、切削齿易崩齿和磨铣时效低等问题。在此基础上,优化设计多刀翼领眼磨鞋刀翼翼板和切削齿材质、刀翼翼板与本体倾角、切削角和钎焊工艺,形成了一种适合全材质的高效多刀翼领眼磨鞋,其磨铣不同尺寸套管时的平均扭矩、磨铣速度和断屑能力较传统多刀翼领眼磨鞋显著提高,有效降低了磨铣、崩齿作业风险,提高了磨铣作业时效,具有良好的应用前景。The traditional multi-blade collar eye grinding shoes have many problems such as high operating torque,easy breaking of cutting teeth and low milling time when milling high-strength and high-hardness casing.On this basis,optimized design of multi-tool wing collar eye grinding blade and cutter material,blade blade and body Angle,cutting Angle and brazing process,formed an efficient multi-tool wing collar eye grinding shoe suitable for all materials,the average torque,milling speed and chip breaking ability of milling different sizes of casing significantly higher than the traditional multi-tool wing collar eye grinding shoe.It can effectively reduce the risk of milling and tooth breakage,improve the aging of milling,and has a good application prospect。
