双层套管射孔技术在海上油田地层回注水井中的应用

摘　　要：将生产水在采取可靠措施的前提下有计划地回注到现有油田、废弃油气藏或地质构造封闭层,已成为国内外油气行业广泛采用的一种处理方法。某海上油田注水井M将由采油井改造为回注井,由于井身结构及施工设计的限制,目的层采用双层套管固井,为了能够将生产水回注到目的层,需要将双层套管以及地层同时射开,这要求射孔工艺必须进行相应调整。然而目前海上双层套管射孔无相应案例。为此,本文参考国内外相关研究,开展了双层套管射孔作业在海上油田地层回注水井中的技术攻关,通过模拟地层参数制做水泥靶进行打靶实验,并根据实验数据调整射孔工艺参数,最终在海上成功完成了双层套管射孔作业,效果良好,同时也为后续同类型生产井作业提供了宝贵经验。Planned reinjection of produced water into existing oil fields,abandoned oil and gas reservoirs,or geological structure sealed layers under reliable measures has become a widely used treatment method in the domestic and foreign oil and gas industry.The water injection well M in a certain offshore oilfield will be transformed from a production well to a reinjection well.Due to limitations in the wellbore structure and construction design,the target layer will be cemented with double-layer casing.In order to inject production water back into the target layer,both the double-layer casing and the formation need to be shot open simultaneously,which requires corresponding adjustments to the perforation technology.However,there are currently no corresponding cases of double-layer casing perforation at sea.For this purpose,this article refers to relevant research at home and abroad and carries out technical breakthroughs in the use of double-layer casing perforation in formation reinjection wells in offshore oilfields.By simulating formation parameters to produce cement targets for shooting experiments,and adjusting perforation process parameters based on experimental data,the double-layer casing perforation operation was successfully completed offshore,with good results.At the same time,it also provides valuable experience for subsequent production well operations of the same type.
