摘 要:A井是位于渤海辽东湾海域某稠油油田的1口水平井,在二开Φ311.1mm井眼钻进过程中发生扶正器断裂落井事故。由于扶正器贴靠大井斜段井眼低边且打捞颈偏短,常规打捞手段难以打捞成功。针对渤海辽东湾某丛式井在二开定向作业中发生的一起钻具落井事故及处理过程进行详细分析通过现场选用改造引鞋后的篮式卡瓦打捞筒并控制打捞参数,一次性成功打捞落井钻具,为下部井眼继续钻进创造有利条件,同时为处理大井斜井眼钻具落井事故提供参考。Well A is a horizontal well located in an heavy oil oilfield in Liaodong Bay,Bohai Sea.During the drilling of the secondØ311.1mm hole,a centralizer fracture occurred.Because the centralizer is close to the low side of the hole and thefishing neck is short,it is difficult to successfullyfish by conventionalfishing means.By selecting the basket type overshot after the modification of the guide shoe and controlling thefishing parameters,the drilling tool was successfully salvished at one time,which created favorable conditions for further drilling in the lower hole,and provided reference for dealing with the accident of the drilling tool falling in the large deviated hole.
