摘 要:为研究热采井口采油树重点区域法兰连接系统螺栓应力松弛特性,利用数值分析的方法对某采油树法兰模型进行了一颗螺栓松弛过程中的螺栓轴应力分析。结果表明,法兰连接系统中螺栓应力松弛会导致相邻螺栓应力显著增加,剩余螺栓应力呈波动分布;应力松弛过程中,未松弛螺栓最大应力差与松弛螺栓应力满足:y=41.47-0.16×(x-87.5/19.83)关系。这对于采油树法兰连接系统安全性评估和检测评价有着重要的参考价值。Methods of numerical analysis was used to simulate the stress of a bolt shaft in the relaxation process of a flange model of an oil tree in order to investigate the stress relaxation features of bolts in the flange connection system in the crucial area of a thermal wellhead tree.The findings demonstrate that the stress distribution of remaining bolts varies and that the stress relaxation of bolts in the flange connection system can result in a notable rise in the stress of neighboring bolts.The maximal stress differential of unrelaxed bolts during the stress relaxation process satisfies the following relationship:y=41.47-0.16×(x-87.5/19.83).It has significant reference value for the testing and safety assessment of the tree’s flange connection system.
