摘 要:为综合评价胍胶压裂液性能,采用压裂液实验评价方法,从基液性能、耐温耐剪切性能、静态悬砂性能、破胶性能、岩心伤害测试五个方面开展实验评价。实验结果表明,100 r/min、3~4分钟条件下基液表观粘度约27~30 mPa·s;300 r/min、3~4分钟条件下基液表观粘度约17~17.5 mPa·s。在交联时间60 s、pH值11~12、剪切速率170 s^(-1)、在储层温度60 ℃条件下、剪切时间140分钟下,交联胍胶压裂液粘度159.12 mPa.s;剪切时间125分钟下,交联胍胶压裂液粘度370.3 mPa.s。室温下,瓜胶压裂液悬砂时间大于120分钟。在破胶性能方面,通过添加适量的APS制备破胶液,能够有效降低防膨率。岩心基质伤害率11.15%。对鄂尔多斯盆地SF区块致密气储层的开发具有重要实际意义,为后续压裂液体系的优化提供了理论支撑和实践指导。To comprehensively evaluate the performance of guar gum fracturing fluids,fracturing fluid experiments were conducted focusing on five aspects:base fluid properties,thermal and shear stability,static proppant suspension,gel breaking performance,and core damage testing.Experimental results show that under conditions of 100 rpm and 3~4 minutes,the apparent viscosity of the base fluid is approximately 27~30 mPa·s,and under 300 rpm and 3~4 minutes,it is approximately 17~17.5 mPa·s.At a crosslinking time of 60 seconds,pH 11~12,shear rate of 170 s^(-1),and reservoir temperature of 60℃,the crosslinked guar gum fracturingfluid viscosity is 159.12 mPa·s after 140 minutes of shear,and 370.3 mPa·s after 125 minutes of shear.At room temperature,the proppant suspension time of guar gum fracturingfluid exceeds 120 minutes.Regarding gel breaking performance,the addition of an appropriate amount of APS to prepare a gel breaker effectively reduces the gel viscosity.The matrix damage rate of the core is 11.15%.This study holds significant practical implications for the development of tight gas reservoirs in the SF block of the Ordos Basin,providing theoretical support and practical guidance for optimizing subsequent fracturingfluid systems.
