摘　　要：全面从严治党与党的执政使命有机统一,是新时代党的建设总体布局的重要内容和题中之意。新时代全面从严治党与党的执政使命的根本要求、核心要义、价值目标和关键主体等决定了两者具有内在一致性。站在新的历史方位上,必须正确认识全面从严治党与党的执政使命的内在联系与战略意义,坚持不懈以全面从严治党实现党的执政使命,始终把党的政治建设摆在首位,坚定不移推进党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争,努力选拔和培养高素质专业化干部队伍,确保党的执政使命顺利实现。The organic unity between full and strict governance over the Party and the Party's governing mission is an important aspect and inherent requirement of the overall layout of Party building in the new era.The fundamental requirements,core essence,value goals,and key subjects of full and strict governance over the Party in the new era determine their inherent consistency with the Party's governing mission.Under the new circumstances,it is essential to correctly understand the inherent connections and strategic significance between full and strict governance over the Party and the Party's governing mission,unremittingly fulfill the Party's governing mission through full and strict governance over the Party,always prioritize strengthening the Party politically,unswervingly advance the construction of Party conduct and clean goverment and the fight against corruption,and consistently strive to select and cultivate high-caliber officials,to guarantee the successful fulfillment of the Party's governing mission.
