摘　　要：目的:对比醋酸特立帕肽微针贴剂与特立帕肽注射液治疗骨质疏松的效果。方法:选择雌性SD大鼠18只,建立骨质疏松大鼠模型,以随机数字表法对SD大鼠进行分组,阴性对照组皮下注射生理盐水,阳性对照组皮下注射注射用重组特立帕肽,实验组贴敷醋酸特立帕肽微针贴剂,6只/组。对比三组骨密度、骨代谢标志物[碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、骨密度素(DPD)、骨钙素(BALP)]、C反应蛋白(CRP)及骨细胞水平。结果:治疗后,三组骨密度升高,实验组与阳性对照组高于阴性对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,阳性对照组与实验组骨密度比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,三组ALP、DPD、BALP水平升高,阳性对照组与实验组较阴性对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后,阳性对照组与实验组ALP、DPD、BALP水平比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,三组CRP水平降低,成骨细胞增殖指数升高,阳性对照组与实验组CRP水平低于阴性对照组,成骨细胞增殖指数高于阴性对照组(P<0.05);阳性对照组与实验组CRP水平及成骨细胞增殖指数比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:醋酸特立帕肽微针贴剂及特立帕肽注射液均可改善骨质疏松,提高骨密度,减轻炎性反应。Objective:To compare the effects of teriparatide acetate microneedle patch and teriparatide injection in the treatment of osteoporosis.Methods:Eighteen female SD rats were selected to establish an osteoporosis rat model.The SD rats were divided into groups according to the random number table method.The negative control group was subcutaneously injected with normal saline,the positive control group was subcutaneously injected with recombinant teriparatide for injection,and the experimental group was applied with teriparatide acetate microneedle patch,6 rats/group.The bone mineral density,bone metabolism markers[alkaline phosphatase(ALP),bone mineral density(DPD),osteocalcin(BALP)],C-reactive protein(CRP)and osteocyte levels among the three groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the bone mineral density of the three groups increased,and the experimental group and the positive control group were higher than the negative control group(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no statistical difference in bone density between the positive control group and the experimental group(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of ALP,DPD,and BALP in the three groups increased,and the positive control group and the experimental group were higher than the negative control group(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no statistical difference in the levels of ALP,DPD,and BALP between the positive control group and the experimental group(P>0.05).After treatment,the CRP levels in the three groups decreased,and the osteoblast proliferation index increased.the CRP levels in the positive control group and the experimental group were lower than those in the negative control group,and the osteoblast proliferation index was higher than that in the negative control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the CRP level and osteoblast proliferation index between the positive control group and the experimental group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Teriparatide acetate microneedle patch and teriparatide injection can improve osteoporosis,increase bone d
