摘　　要：目的:探讨跨植皮区缝合堆包加压法在全厚皮片移植修复肉芽创面中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2024年10月于潮州市中心医院拟行全厚皮片移植修复治疗的肉芽创面患者60例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用传统打包加压法进行全厚皮片移植修复,观察组采用跨植皮区缝合堆包加压法进行全厚皮片移植修复。比较两组术后皮片成活率、创面愈合时间、并发症发生率及满意度。结果:观察组术后1、2、4周的皮片存活率高于对照组(P<0.001);与对照组相比,观察组术后创面愈合时间较短(P=0.002);与对照组相比,观察组并发症发生率较低(P=0.038);与对照组相比,观察组术后满意度较高(P=0.020)。结论:跨植皮区缝合堆包加压法在肉芽创面患者全厚皮片移植修复治疗中的应用效果良好,能够提高皮片成活率,缩短创面愈合时间,降低并发症发生风险,提高患者满意度。Objective:To investigate the application effect of sutured pile compression across the skin graft area in the repair of granulation wound with full thickness skin grafts.Methods:Sixty patients with granulation wound who were to undergo full thickness skin graft repair treatment in Chaozhou Central Hospital from June 2022 to October 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with thirty cases in each group.The control group underwent full thickness skin graft repair by traditional packing and compression method,and the observation group underwent full thickness skin graft repair by sutured pile compression across the skin graft area.The survival rate of skin,wound healing time,complication rate and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The survival rate of skin at 1,2 and 4 weeks after operation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).Compared with the control group,the wound healing time of the observation group was shorter(P=0.002).Compared with the control group,the complication rate of the observation group was lower(P=0.038).Compared with the control group,the satisfaction of the observation group was higher(P=0.020).Conclusion:The application of sutured pile compression method across the skin graft area in the full thickness skin graft repair treatment of patients with granulation wounds has good results,which can increase the survival rate of skin slices,shorten the healing time of the wound,reduce the risk of complications,and improve patient satisfaction.
