甲硝唑联合乳酸杆菌及雌三醇治疗老年性阴道炎的效果

摘　　要：目的:研究甲硝唑联合乳酸杆菌及雌三醇治疗老年性阴道炎的效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年11月浦东新区陆家嘴社区卫生服务中心收治的118例老年性阴道炎患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为常规组(n=59,甲硝唑治疗)、试验组(n=59,在常规组基础上联合乳酸杆菌及雌三醇治疗)。比较两组临床疗效、生活质量、外阴瘙痒消失时间、白带恢复时间、阴道清洁度、不良反应发生率。结果:试验组临床总有效率高于常规组(P=0.002);治疗后,两组健康变化、生理职能评分升高,试验组高于常规组(P<0.05);试验组外阴瘙痒消失时间、白带恢复时间均较常规组早(P<0.05);治疗后,两组阴道清洁度评分降低,试验组较常规组低(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率相比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:甲硝唑联合乳酸杆菌及雌三醇治疗老年性阴道炎的效果显著,可有效提高患者的生活质量,改善阴道炎症状及阴道清洁度,安全性较好。Objective:To study the effect of metronidazole combined with Lactobacillus and estriol in the treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods:A total of 118 patients with senile vaginitis treated in Shanghai Pudong New Area Lujiazui Community Health Service Center from June 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into conventional group(n=59,metronidazole treatment)and experimental group(n=59,combined with lactobacillus and estriol treatment on the basis of conventional group).The clinical efficacy,quality of life,removal time of vulvar pruritus,recovery time of leucorrhea,vaginal cleanliness and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of conventional group(P=0.002).After treatment,the health changes and physiological function scores of the two groups were increased,and the test group was higher than the conventional group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of vulvar pruritus and the recovery time of leucorrhea in experimental group were earlier than those in conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of vaginal cleanliness in the experimental group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Metronidazole combined with Lactobacillus and estriol can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with senile vaginitis,improve vaginitis symptoms and vaginal cleanliness,and have good safety.
